Thanks in advance for any thoughts on what is going on.
Last week I paid my balance to zero which was a 358 payment. (My limit is 800 btw).
That same day I bought a TV for 319 and called the CSR to make sure that that TV would get the 6 months no interest, she said that all accounts online over 299 get that right now but she'd make a note just in case.
Now my balance is showing as zero and my available credit is showing as 800.
Do you think that they are waiting to put the TV on my card until the 6 months? The website says the account is charged when the item is shipped, and the TV is hanging on the living room wall.
What do you guys think is going on?
Merry Christmas to you it's Free! LOL JK
No it should have billed when they shipped, just keep an eye out for a charge or give them a call and double check that a mistka eto a different card or something wasn't done. Do you have any other credit cards linked to your online account and perhaps charged to that card instead?
Hopefully the tv wasnt canceled due to no stock, best buy seem to canceled some orders
I bought some blurays online using my Walmart card, and the charge didn't appear there until several days after I received the movies - so like a week and a half after the order.
The purchases I made in-store were immediately showing up, the online one just took forever. Not sure why. My guess would be that it just hasn't shown up yet.
walmart is super duper slow about posting charges. i can put gas in my car today & it won't show up til monday or tuesday. it's ridiculous.

My charge immediately came up and it says there was not a min to get the 6 months free financing offer.
Well you would think they'd be careful about this - so if I go charge up 800 bucks, then they are going to rack me with overlimit fees? Not even thinking about doing that but not sure why they are so lame. My JCP and CareCredit accounts seem to work for the most part.

That's what I thought happened at first but nope.

You have to watch your account closely.
