Walmart /Amazon credit limit increase?

Hey guys,

I've been reading the forum for about 6 months now and I've been excited for both of these GECRB credit cards to auto increase my limits.

I just received my 4th statement from each account and haven't received an auto increase yet, although I've heard GECRB usually increases during this time.

My cards are currently at $400 (Walmart) & $600 (Amazon).  I've been utilizing the cards to about 90% and paying them off in full, immediately after each statement posts - before the due dates...

Should I request a cli or should i wait for the 5th statement to post next month ?

Re: Walmart /Amazon credit limit increase?

Not everyone is eligible for auto CLI. That being said, I would call Credit Solutions ( some have suggested calling after hours or on weekends for best results). YMMV

Re: Walmart /Amazon credit limit increase?

Calling seems to universally get better results than web initiated and auto CLI's.

Re: Walmart /Amazon credit limit increase?

Thanks for the response.  Should I wait until my 4th statement payment has posted to the account for a zero balance?  I dont want to jump the gun :smileyhappy:
