I dont get how some get their card, immediately call and get an increase. While other,(ME) get theirs, $400 limit, and actually USE this card, and cannot get an increase due to"inssufficent history with current limit" or some crap like that.
So frustrating.

I'm having the same experience with them. Our time will come.

When I get my statement cut this month I'm going to call and try for the hell of it. I put around $500 through and PIF before the end of the cycle. I'll let you know how it goes.

Yeah that's kind of why I want to test it. My credit is obviously not good, so it's a good test to see how flexible they are. Going to shoot for 2k too. With no hard pull I can't see the harm.

No balances on anything else. I've talked to 2 different people, and tried the automated too. I mean we are a family of 5, and we use walmart alot! So a $400 limit can go quick with 3 kids, and can gas on it too.. and it's paid in full.
Just so frustrating that some get it quicker, but hey, guess that's why it's called life, and it isnt' always fair. Hmph! ![]()

how long have you had the card? may be best to just wait it out and ask at the four months..
i mean if you keep asking it wont hurt since its only a soft pull.
