My score hasn't updated but it says it will by the 10th business day of the month. I thought that would be yesterday. When I called the CSR at Walmart, he said the only thing he could do was transfer me directly to Transunion. I didn't know what he meant, but surely enough, I was put on hold directly to TU.
I'm dying of curiousity to see this TU score this month - and it's why I got the card in the first place.
Any ideas? (score is from September 2, 2011 which is the day I got the card in the mail and enrolled for online statement).
Do you think I will have to wait til next month to see another score?
Thanks in advance.
what are you hoping to see from it?
In my experience, I got my Walmart card in early August, and saw my score around that same time. The score hasn't updated since, so I think you may have to wait until October.
The last two months they pulled Fico score the 4th of the month and posted it 10 business days later. The 4th was on a Sunday this month so they probably didn't pull it until the 5th. It should post the 16th or the 19th.
If you will learn anything from the posts on this forum, it is that you have to be patient (within reason of course). I too, am waiting for the updated scores to post ( I check it once in the morning, then move on with life) I , myself tend to get overanxious, but have come to the realization that these scores have can and will change ALL THE TIME..just my two cents after reflecting back and seeing my face in your post
Is it really fair to call the CSR dumb? TU provides the service; the WM site simply displays it to you.
don't feel alone, i'm waiting for the score to update too
Yeah, I was kind of wondering how the CSR's intelligence factored into this scenario. =/

I agree. This was pointed out on the earlier Walmart/FICO score thread and it seems to be solid info.
