It should be 20% of your total credit line per the T&Cs of the account.
Mine is $3000
BUT you can only use Quick Cash once every 24 hrs.
The max in a day (24 hr period) on the store version is $60 iirc and $100 for the Discover.

As Ive received CLIs over the years, I've had to repeatedly call in to make sure the Cash Line matches the 20% of my total credit line.

For some reason, the cash line doesn't auto increase ime when you receive a cli. At one point, mine was some weird # like $486 LOL

My Walmart Discover CL is 10,000 and the cash limit is 2000. So 20% of the available credit.

Scores: EQ 796, EX 790, TU 807

My CL is $2,200 and my cash limit is $80. When I initially received my Walmart Charge card my CL was $400 and cash limit was still $80. One year later and three CLI's my cash lint has remained the same while my credit limit has went up over 500%. I don't think there is a specific algorithm, i think it's just random.

Yep mine's remained the same $30 that is was with an initial total limit of $150. And I have had two or three increases since then. It's now $5k. Just called and they say if system doesn't automatically update the cash limit within 24hrs of increase, it's not going to change. They can't go in and manually change. Whatever.

mine too, exact scenario $150.00/$30.00 ---> $2.5k/$30.00

Walmart (cashback) is really Cash Over (discover coined the term for their cards) it's treated as a regular purchase Except no rewards on the cash over amount... It's one of the perks of Discover / Walmart cards
