Try calling them. I received the same msg and they only needed to verify my info with couple of questions over the phone. Good luck!!

Luckelle they do report to all three. I also got 2 GE in just a few days as well.

I know my paypal smart connect reported in lile 3 or 4 days, but idk if thats for all ge cards or just the paypal account. We'll find out.

I got approved. The limit's not much ($250), but, combined with my recent approval for a Bank of America Credit Card and $300 unsecured CLI on my Cap1 Secured Card,  I'm happy.
