Walmart Discover Approval

Broke down and applied for the Walmart Card today online. I really wanted that TU score. Got the dreaded 7-10 day message and thought that I had too many new accounts or inquiries. I decided to call. I answered a few identity questions and was approved for the Walmart Discover with a 2K CL. So far that's my highest starting limit with a GE card. Can't wait to get that TU score!

Starting Score: EX: 575 (PSECU 5/2/12) TU: 582 (3/6/12) EQ: 664 (4/27/12)
Current Score: EX: 710 (PSECU 6/01/13) TU: 715 (6/01/13) EQ: 688 (6/01/13)
Goal Score: 720
20K PSECU 7/12 | 12K USAA 9/12 | 10K BOA 1-2-3 9/12 | 9K Citi HHonors 9/12 | 8.5K Citi AAdvantage 5/08 | 5K Chase Sapphire Pref. 9/12 | 4.1K Barclays USAir 7/12 | 5K Walmart Dis. 11/12 | 1K Amex SPG 11/12 | 2K Amex BCP 1/13

I'm really hoping I get the upgrade offer soon, i'm at 2.3k and year of having store card.

Grats. I'm waiting on an upgrade also. 2.9 CL 14 months. Got auto cli 3 times already. Next one I hope it to be discover upgrade. Zero balance pif.
