Walmart Discover Temporary CLI?

So to make a long story short I use my card for work. I made $3000.00 Payment. The payment was taken out of my bank and my walmart discover balance reflected the payment HOWEVER my available credit was incorrect.  The CSR told me he couldnt' release the funds but he could give me a temporary CLI to 6000.00$.

Do I get to keep this CLI? He said it was only temporary. I am so confused.

IIRC, it is only temporary until the funds clear your bank.

The funds cleared and the Cli is still there sitting at 6,000$! It's my third statement! Do you think they will leave it ???
