Walmart/GE card and Chase Sapphire Preferred question

I just received my largest CL-$5500. That is my largest credit limit. I also have 2 Crap1 @ 750 each and one Elan financial at 400.

So, does walmart store card count as one those cards higher than $5000 to get CSP.

A $5000 limit is a $5000 limit. Afaik chase just doesn't like to be the first to give you 5k, but they sometimes will.

Re: Walmart/GE card and Chase Sapphire Preferred question

I think its OK but Chase may look at the Walmart account as a store card.
