Why doesn't Walmart like me?
I have applied twice. My scores are accurate per mortgage pull.
The only negative I have on TU is two paid off judgments that are 3 years old. I have two credit cards and student loans reporting with perfect payment history. My CU visa that is reporting has $1000 line of credit with utilization around 10%. My student loans are 7 years reporting.
My daughter who is just starting out was approved with no revolving history and a 1 year car loan and got approved for $500 and was recently upped to $900. Me? Denied and denied!

The judgements may be too recent for GE's liking.
What were the denial reasons in the letter you recieved?
Wait 30 days and re-apply in-store if you didn't already. I had no luck when I applied on-line and was denied 3 times.
The judgements are no doubt part of the reason, as stated by others above.
However, it's also very true that if you wait and apply in store, you'll have a better chance. People will argue that statement til the cows come home, but it's 100% true, there are many reasons the online app can be denied when an in-store app might have been approved. A lot of it has to do with identity verification, only 1 of the issues bypassed when applying in store.
