Walmart Live Chat Button? I don't see one

Where do I find a chat button? Don't see it on my online account center. Should I go to a separate Synchrony site? Is chat better luck than calling? I noticed Amazon just gave me an auto-CLI but when I just hit the button on Walmart it says we can't process a CLI for this account online. But I don't see any other button for a chat. I'm hoping they can at least match other Synchrony accounts I have and not do a HP.

Chat is open only during business hours. Chat is the way to go for sure. Let us know how it goes

Gotcha. It should be right under the box that says "Check your FICO score now".

I noticed this last night also. Even when it's not during business hours there's usually a button that says "chat not available". i checked during business hours yesterday. Figured I'd look again after work today. Might have something to do with all their sites being down Sunday night. Maintenance?
