It just told me "Sorry, unfortunately we can't give you an increase at this time."

Yep... it's been there for a couple of weeks or so. I actually tried it yesterday, and it didn't deny me, but said that it still could not be processed online.
I miss the good ole days of the "luv button" when you could just click away LOL
