it's been early the past few times, but with the holiday this week i think it will be late on the 14th. IME, its usually closer to the 10th business day but we've all lucked out the past 2 to 3 months getting it sooner.

Mother's Day...but I guess its not a paid holiday and it was on Sunday so it probably didn't matter.

*Second time today that someone asked what holiday I was referring to when I said "this past holiday weekend"
