Walmart card,some one please help advice needed

I was recently denied for a walmart card,this is the reason.....could not verify identy ..What do i need to do,i know the reason is because i have a fraud alert on my credit report......

I was denied by lowes(GEMB) for telephone reason so they are little wierd!

just called that number nobody answer,told me to call the number on the back of my credit card,dont have a card...oh well with the limit they give im well off wit out it,just wanted it for a tradeline
