I think GEMB approval process is messed up. I think they approve every so many applicants and deny the rest.
Kind of like "you're our 10th applicant this hour, approved!"
I can't get any of their cards, a friend applied for Old Navy and got instantly approved for $200 CL. Last weekend was approved at a furniture store for their card backed by GEMB with a $6000 CL(but used hubby who has excellent credit)
Here is the funny part.......not only does said friend have 1 judgment showing unpaid, but 3 paid tax liens, and 2 defaulted GEMB accounts, one of which she is currently being sued on.
They pull EQ, I have lates and a old charge off for $78.
