So this morning I logged onto my account and a cash back offer was on the screen. It said "1% back on all purchases" or APR to 7.99% until sometime in 2009. Since I had been looking for a cash back card, I chose the cash back. This is interesting in that I was just in a local Wamu branch about 1 month ago inquiring about cash back cards. Anyway, I clicked their agreement and was told It may take up to 10 days to upgrade this account. Has anybody else seen this offer?
