Was my CLI early with Amex?

I did my 3X today as well. 7-10 Day Message and no email as of yet. 

I was wondering the same thing, if I'll end up getting an email or something via snail mail... lol

It was an instant. Still no email as of this morning. I'm assuming I'll be awaiting something in the mail... 

But like you, I also apped for the Green Card and also PC'd Blue to BCE.... So I don't know if this effects anything lol

You'd get a message indicating that the denial is based on placing the request too early if that was the case.  All 7-10 days means is that a manual review is required.  I requested my CLI on 12/2, got 7-10 days and haven't heard anything yet.
