I'm going to be asking for a CLI on my simplicty card soon. They pulled both EX and EQ on app. Seem to do most AR on EQ.
Was your CLI (that resulted in a HP) on EQ or EX?

Mine have always been a soft pull. Have 3 cards and every 4 - 6 I submit the form for a request or call in. Nevera hard pull.
Thanks for reply. Have you always gotten what you asked for? Or did they counter? And what was you UTL on the card when you asked?

I hit my 6 months on December 12. Currently taking advantage of 18 months 0% and have ~50% UTL on card. Got best terms at time of app but score has gone down a bit due to new accounts and UTL.
How in the hell do you get all soft pulls for CLI's? Isn't Citi notorious for HP's unless you get the email stating you are eligible?

I've never had a hp from Citi for cli, all sp's. Last two were April 13 and Oct 13.
My recent one was a HP via Experian. Live in CA.

Did you get what you asked for? Or did Citi counter offer?
