Weird Citi Mailer

I have had the DC from them since August and I got a mailer saying I'm pre-qualified for a DC with 0% for 15 months on BTs and purchases. My initial card didn't get a 0% offer but why mail me that offer? Has anyone else gotten offers for cards they currently have?

Yep, I get mail offers for Citi cards that I already have, the DC especially.
