I got in JULY 2014 CAP1 Secured MC CL 300 with 200 deposit. I have
deposited another $400 over the past year and have a CL 900.
I just got a Letter from CAP-ONE saying that after January 2016 I will not be allowed
or permitted to make any new deposits to this Secured MasterCard account???!!!
Is this normal, does this mean a Graduation is coming?
It is ALWAYS paid up on time, no late PAYS for 18 Months, WHAT GIVES HERE?
