Wells Fargo Credit line Reallocation

Hi all i have a wells farg bank backed bobs discount furniture store card with 5.7k limit, my questions is if i were ever approved for a wells fargo 

credit card would i be able to reallocate some or most of the limit from the bobs card to my wells fargo credit card?

My understanding of WFB is that you cannot allocate between store cards nor can you allocate to any of their bankcards from a store card.
