Wells Fargo Financial Nat'l Bank backdoor - EO number

Looking for a backdoor/Executive Office number for Wells Fargo Financial Nat'l Bank. I got hit with a 30 days late ding on my credit report and want to discuss with someone at the next level. Already discussed a goodwill adjustment with Customer Service but they suggested writing a letter to the billing department. I'd like to go the EO route before writing a letter. Any luck out there?

Update...

Called CS and asked for Executive Office number: 1-866-535-2725

Asked about a Goodwill Adjustment but was told that if the derogatory info is correct than there wasn't anything that they could do for me - other than I could dispute the info with the credit reporting agencies or add an explanation to the entry.

Likely should see about collecting some of the newer EO / backdoor numbers that are now in use, we're probably missing some.
