Wells Fargo Not "Graduating" Secured Cards

I've had a secured cc with WF for 2yrs this month with a 3000 cl. They gave me a 1000 cli last yr. I have never been late and and until 2 months ago, I paid the balance in full. As of now my utilization is 8% & they will not graduate me and I was denied a reg cc bc of lack of credit history & bc I don't have a mortgage loan (yes, that was on the letter I received) needless to say, Im canceling it tomorrow.
