Can anybody confirm for me that I can increase my Wells Fargo Secured Visa Card limit above what I deposit at first by making  a second or even third, forth or fifth deposit down the road? Thanks

Yes you can increase the limit.  Just call in and request it.  It is NOT a hard pull to do so.
