in Texas they have always pulled my experian ( vantage score)

In Utah they have pulled my credit a number of times for credit. It has always been EX or EQ. Never TU which is my highest. I just looked up an old CR and it looks like they pulled EX for the secured card 6 months later when I asked to make it unsecured it was EX as well.
