What 0% offers out there?

I'm closing on my first home this month and afterwords want to open a couple new lines. First is going to be Lowes. What new home owner doesn't need a card with a home improvement store? Then I want another card. I would like something with a decent 0% intro offer. I have been eying Citi's 0% for 21 months pretty hard. Anything else out there I might qualify for? Rewards are not important at all, I have Amex BCP and Chase Freedom for that. I want 0% intro and low long term rate would be nice. For the tale end I may get a Walmart/Sams card for the FICO score unless go for a CU to try and refi my car loan.

EX FICO 706
UT ~2% ($4 and $87 balances)
Highest CL $2k on credit card(Amex and Merrick), $5500 on a Dell account highest overall
Open lines: 8 credit 2 installment
Inquiries EX 5, EQ 2, TU 5
AAoA: 5.8, 4.8, 5.4 respectively as above
2 derogs: Both CA's from apartments, $2.5k and $350 from a bit over five years ago.

Normally I wouldn't even bother Citi but with Amex approving me for a revolver in November my hopes are a bit higher. Citi has three cards with the offer, what would be the most lenient criteria wise.(I'm thinking Simplicity but don't really know) Anything else out there I should look into from other lenders?

No Capitol One, I'm not taking one of there three buruea pulls.
