Chase for sure. Barclay i'm not so sure about. I'd also add Bank of America to that list, but at the end of the day it's really a YMMV situation.

I tried to recon Barclay but the lady said I havent established myself long enough yet for an approval so its declined. .. I have two secured cards 7 months old a third secured card 3 months old and a store card 2 months old, she said try again in 4-6 months
