So far BoA and anything FIA backed basically.
TD Bank (where I bank at) and Bank of America. Otherwise every company I've applied to has given me cards first time applying or rarely second time.

I bank with TD as well and have been with them for a few years... Honestly in my opinion their credit card division sucks, you really aren't missing anything. Though they were quite nice to extend me a measly $1k Easy Reward card, I think they shoulda done better considering my history with them. Things that other lenders do so easily like AutoPay, with TD u have to jump through hoops - fill out and sign a form then attach a copy of a voided check and mail it in, all just to enrol in AutoPay! They tell u they gon get back to u but nada! Ain't that crazy but oh well.....
Chase
AMEX
Chase, applied last year and this year each time it was too many recent inquiries.
For Chase a good strategy seems to be to start with a lower tiered card like Amazon. They are quick to show you love on future apps once you get your foot in the door.
Where to start...Chase, Citi (except their BB card aparently), GE/Sync, and of course AMEX. Almost a year of denials with these CCC.
