What's your highest CL currently? That is going to have a strong indication on rather you will get a new high CL.
also what is considered high to you?

Yup, those gave me a $10k CL, my largest one. Compare this to Chase, who gave me $300 some time ago and raised it to a whopping $900 a few days ago.
To the OP: For travel abroad, and if you have good credit, some of the prime CapOne cards might be interesting. I don't think their CL is high, but they don't charge any fees for use abroad.
