Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I have been trying to research and get my "ducks in a row" before trying for some new cards and I'm trying to figure out where these agencies pull from.
I have tried the CreditPulls website and of course I get mixed answers on there (some people in my area report one agency and others report other agencies).
Then I look up some and they are VERY old (2011 and under), so that doesn't help.
If anyone knows which report these pull, please let me know your experience. (I'm in Ohio)
Discover (it) maybe EQ?
Citi I'm coming up with EX and EQ but they are old
BOA EX?
Barclay TU
Sallie Mae
For me personally....
Discover - TU always, every time
Citi - EQ - for everything - their Diamond/Dividend/HHH/Shell card
BOA - EX, for all 3 cards I applied for
Barclays - TU for Priceline and LLBean Visa, I'm pretty sure they almost always pull TU
I live in NY...
Personally.....
Discover TU
BoA EX
Citi EX for app EQ for cli when I activated it
Barclays TU
I'm in Michigan
You're best resource is a credit pulls database kept by other users on another forum. Google "credit pulls" and you should find it.
Barclay - TU (phone app) done 3 weeks ago
Discover It - EQ (phone app) Salt Lake City Utah call center.......done 17 days ago

I can't see what you wrote...LOL...!
Reason for the mixed results is that big lenders can pull any of the three easily.
If you see different results in the same area, it can be any of them. Beyond that you may be able to get a sense of what the distribution pattern is though, if it's a 80/20 EQ/TU split as an example and try to judge off that.
For me, in Los Angeles, CA, Discover pulled eq for the initial app and tu for a cli.
For me in ID:
Discover & Barclay = TU
Citi = EX & EQ
BofA - No dealings with..
