What CRA does Capital One pull from for a Michigan customer?

I am interested in a Capital One No Hassles Cash-back MasterCard, and I have a 764 EQ (FICO; 1 inq in the past yr.), 747 TU (FICO; 2 inq in the past yr.), but a 637 EX (FAKO; 1 inq in last yr.), and I wondered if anyone knew which CRA will they pull my CR from?

Any help would be appreciated.
