I just got a pre qual in the mail from them today. First real pre qual I've ever gotten, all the others have been just generic marketing. Coincidentally, on Monday I closed both my checking accounts after banking with them for over 26 years.

OP I've had this happen not only on the APR, but longer intro offer on balance transfers. All I could do is toss them and act like I never saw it lol
