Why not go for a barclay's reward card.? althgough that is a FAKO for CK, usually those are lower scores then real FICO's.. Most likely you would be approved.

no offense but you can't get prime cards when it looks like you are barely managing subprime... and having 60+% util on small limit cards looks very bad for wanting high limit cards.
don't apply for anything until you make a large chunk of these cards $0 next year.
like you need over half showing $0 and over half under 50% before you should dream of applying for anything.
and when your score shoots up from paying down the credit cards you shoudl REFI the car not worry about new credit cards

Be patient. Let time be your friend.
Wait a year or so, make all your payments on time, let many of those inquiries either drop off at two years or stop affecting scoring at one year.
