What about Barclays makes the trouble worth it?

What aspects of Barclays credit cards make dealing with them worth the trouble?

Thanks for info. I've not really looked into them but always see so many negatives about them with AA that I wanted to hear what was good about them.

No interest for 15 months was a nice deal when I was looking at the cards. I also did not have a 5% for bills card when I was looking at it, so 2% was attractive to me then.

That's probably the only negative and YMMV with that as well.
