What agency does Best Buy store card pull?

I know that the Best Buy card switched over from HSBC to Capital One earlier this year. Does that mean that an app does a hard pull on all 3 agencies?

Back in 2008, they pulled only TU for me.

But since now thats a Cap One card, chances are they will pull all 3

They pulled EQ from me last year @ Black Friday. Guess it might depend on your demographic on what they pull. I know CapOne hard pulls all 3 for it's own cards but i didn't know they pulled all 3 for store cards that they back.

Last year it pulled EQ for me but now that it is CapOne, I'm not sure. Capone usually pulls all 3.
