What are good cards for protection for identiy theft?

Im looking to add a CC to my mix that has the best identity theft/protection that I can exclusively use online? Im looking too for it to be in the prime end not subprime? My FICOs are in the 700 range? Any suggestions, some rewards would be nice as well but that's less important.
