Everyone knows the best CC perk is showing it off....
If you have a good looking card who doesn't love to flash the plastic (or metal for some of you) when paying for a meal or something.

Really digging the Hyatt VISA after my recent stay at one of the hotels.
The card gave me 2 free nights and the Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum membership.
I was surprised at the amount of options given to me as upgrades, free upgrades, and other complimentary additions once I had arrived as well.
Just being able to have the opportunity to ask for a check in at 11 AM was worth it enough for me (although not sure if that is exclusively for Passport members).

I like AMEX's rental protection. For an additional $25 they cover the rental as a primary loss so you don't have to go through your insurance company first.

My favorite perk is not having to worry about fraudulent charges.

My favorite is the potent trifecta of Purchase Protection/Return Protection/Extended Warranty. Really they are all facets of the same benefit: never having to worry about a purchase being lost, stolen, disappointing when you get it home, or poorly made.
Even the few debit cards that still provide something of this sort after the change in debit interchange fees, do not provide it to the level that a credit/charge card does.
And of those credit cards that provide it, AmEx definitely provides it the most extensively. I'd pay the $25 annual fee on my Zync just for this benefit even if the card never earned points or had any of the bonus packs. Total peace of mind about my major purchases is worth $25 per annum to me.

Do you have to pay this per car rental or?
