My freedom card used to be a WaMu card so I don't know who they pull for inital apps.
But they pull TU for CLI's for me.

I'm in Northern CA (Bay Area) and they've pulled EQ every time.

EX AND EQ for me in Texas ... and I applied based on a post that they were a TU ONLY PULLER!!! Silly me. Oh well, approved anyway (thank goodness)!

In CA it's definitely Experian only, my credit inquiries showed Chase only on my experian report, today I applied for Chase Freedom Card with score of 712 with lots of lates from defaulted loans that show "paid as agreed" now and got approved with $500 credit limit! Woo hoo!
