What cards are you wanting next?

I'll be gardening for the next 6 months, but when I go on my app-spree, I'll be targeting:

Chase Sapphire Preferred

AMEX Blue Cash Preferred

Citi Diamond Preferred

I think those will be worth the HP's.

My Wallet:
AMEX Platinum | Discover It $20.3k | Chase Sapphire Reserved $16k | Chase United $12k | AMEX SimplyCash Plus Business $11.6k | AMEX Schwab $9k | AMEX BCEP $8.2k | Citi Costco Anywhere Visa $8k | Chase Amazon Visa $8k | Chase Sapphire Preferred $7k | Chase Freedom $5k | Citi Simplicity $5k | Paypal Extras Platinum $5k | Wells Fargo $5k | Citi Best Buy $4.2k | Citi Visa Signature $3k | Care Credit $3k

Those are great cards - definitely worth HPs to get them.  I noticed you already have the Blue Cash Everyday, so why would you want to app for a Blue Cash Preferred?  If you wait 13 months from the time you opened your BCE, you can simply pc to the BCP (no HP required).

Re: What cards are you wanting next?

I would love to have the AMEX Blue Cash Everyday, AMEX SPG, and the Chase Southwest Visa Signature.  Maybe next year this time.

Honestly, I did not know that.  I'll need to get my CL on it up though, hopefully be at $9k by 1st anniversary.

I only knew it due to this message board community. Smiley Wink  Treat your Amex cards (as well as your other credit lines) well and I'm sure you'll be at $9k on your BCE in about 8 months or so.

That's encouraging.  My mortgage hasn't popped up yet and nor have the new cards I just got approved for so my credit profile should change in my favor drastically with a mortgage give me a new type of credit and my new TL's showing I have "experience with $5k+" limits.

Re: What cards are you wanting next?

My next cards will be:
In 6 months: PSECU Visa/PSL
In 1 year: Chase Sapphire Preferred Mastercard

After that, I think I will be done for quite some time. I will have 3 Amex, 2 Visas, and 1 Mastercard if all goes as planned.
