out of curiousity why the amex hilton as opposed to citi hilton. I like to diversify an bit with different CCC, that is why the question.

Ok just something to keep in mind , maybe chase and citi wanted to see some positive credit history for 9-12 months. I have heard some CCC are like that. I am thinking of applying for an citi card down the road.
