What concierge service do you prefer?

I recently obtained 2 new CC that include free concierge service: Chase Sapphire preferred and BofA-World Mastered.  Does anyone have experience using these services?  If so, what did you like about them and what exactly did they help you with. Also, please list one thing you don't like about the service.

Just to make it fun, can we rate them on:

Either overall knowledge and ability to help.

Professional, courteous, and easy to understand.

Ability to accomplish requests in a timely manner.

I assume the Chase Sapphire Preferred card is a Visa Signature card.

So the question here is: Which concierge program is better -- Visa Signature or World MasterCard?
