If you lived in Europe free home delivery is the norm for foreign currency, whoever you buy it from an regardless of having a financial relationship with them. The main thing is obviously to check the rate they're offering. I always find I get the best rate on cash by using my credit union debit card at a fee-free atm in Europe. My credit union charges no fees and use the live exchange rate.
