OK this has probably been asked before, but I must not be using the right words in the search bar...
How old does a tradeline have to be to not be considered "new" anymore? 6 months? One year? 2 years?
And do creditors and FICO have different criteria for what they consider new?
Underwriters consider it no longer new after 6 months, FICO does consider it new until the 25th month...
