Welcome to the forum.
I would start thinning out the low limit cards from places you don't shop often.
You should focus on getting some good cards from banks that bear a logo allowing you to use them elsewhere.
Having so many store cards is pretty pointless.
You will get better rewards with a few good bank cards.
Chase, AMEX, and US Bank in my opinion offer some of the best cards.

Most banks will decline you. You have a bunch of low limit cards which likely means you have a bunch of INQs on your credit report.
You need to get rid of the cards you don't need. Try for soft pull CLI's on the others. Wait several months and then try for some prime cards.

i've tried and no luck only sams club i had them match with my walmart. Ive recently paid down so i will try again in a month or so but thanks for the advice

What are your scores? inq in the last 12 months?

I understand it is hard to avoid apping. I am 21 and have too many cards as well. Avoiding the store card apping will be good. Make some goals and work towards some non store credit cards.
