What does this statment mean? Soft Inquiry?

It is purposely vague and therefore will only lead to regret like the BB card. (It does not state there will be no hard inquiry). This gives away too much power; why bother.

Concord...you already know the answer. It's a soft...written so people who don't know Ficoese know it won't affect their credit.
