What happen s if you pay late by one day?

I totally forgot to pay my card on due date, but paid it next day.

I guess it shows as late but will this kill my credit?

I am in the rebuliding stage, and did not want this to happen

You won't have a late on your credit reports. You will only have a tarnished reputation with the CC company and be charge a late fee. They are going to review your credit reports often to look for reasons to do a rate increase or close the accounts.

As DI stated, it will not affect your credit report (30 days is the major baddie).

If you don't mind sharing, who is the creditor? How old is the account? Any previous lates? It wouldn't hurt to call CS to explain any reason for the late payment and see if they can notate your record.
