I have a credit union visa at 9.5% -- all other cards range from 21% to 29%.  I wont use them until they lower the rate.  How long after paying off balances should I wait to seek a lower rate?  In the meantime, I rarely charge and when I do, I obviously use the 9.5% visa.

I have Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union - Platinum Preferred Rate...5.7% APR.

I use it to finance my condo remodels lol.
