No such thing.  CLI's with any creditor are based on one's credit and income.  The card, security deposit and the current limit do not determine these things.  One may receive a CLI of X.  The next might receive more or less.  Yet another could see no CLI at all.

Nope, had to call the backdoor number.  If I'm not mistaken, I had a few baddies on each CR at the time and scores in the low 600s.
