What is the backdoor number for Capitol ONE and what can you do with it?

The Cap1 backdoor number I've used is 800-889-9939.

I've personally used it to obtain a CLI and an APR decrease (on separate occasions).  Not sure if you can use for other purposes, such as a product change.

I used the number for a CLI also.

Called this number today and asked for a CLI for my cap one with a 500 limit. Talked to some nice guy on the phone and said he could increase it by $4000, SO I think this number works pretty well
