Five years ago in the Tampa area I would have said GTE FCU but no longer. They underwent a transformation to GTE Financial a few years ago, and I feel like the quality of their products and services has gone way down since then. Too bad, I've been a member since 2000 or so.
My mother got an excellent rate on an auto loan from Mid-Florida Credit Union recently. Might be worth checking out.
